Frequently asked questions

Is the 30-day trial really free?

Yes — no credit card required. You get full access to the PROFESSIONAL plan for 30 days. After that, choose any plan or cancel with no charge.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you before you hit the limit and offer an easy upgrade. We never cut off your POS mid-shift — you'll get a grace period.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Is my data safe if I cancel?

Yes. You have 30 days to export all your data after cancellation. We hold it securely for 90 days before deletion.

Does the price include MyInvois e-Invoice?

Absolutely — MyInvois is included in every plan, including BASIC. It is not an add-on.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

None for BASIC, PROFESSIONAL, and BUSINESS. ENTERPRISE clients get a complimentary onboarding session. Data migration from legacy systems is quoted separately.
